• Professional installation is highly recommended. the following steps should be taken before installation.
• Make sure the vehicle is in proper fuel controlFront O2 sensor should be switching around 450 mV and Rear O2 sensor is above or equal to 450mV, typically 650-850mV
• Repair all exhaust system leaks and make sure the vehicle is in proper fuel control. ProperAir/Fuel Ratio is essential
• Check for contamination. An internal leak in the cooling system would allow coolant to enter the exhaust system and poison the catalytic converter.
